What's Inspected During A Home Inspection

The inspection is to include the operation of all attached appliances, electrical system, plumbing system, heating and air conditioning system, doors, windows etc. and the visual inspection of the internal and external walls, ceilings, roof, attic, crawl spaces, driveways, sidewalks, porches, etc.

NOTE: This inspection information does not necessarily require any repair, and is only to advise the operation and general condition of listed items observed at the time of inspection ( refer to the sales contract for any cosmetic imperfections). This inspection report is not intended to be used as a guarantee or warranty or an insurance policy and that the inspected items will remain in said condition for any specific period of time. Non visible conditions are beyond the scope of this inspection, Examples: Construction faults, toxic or hazardous materials, wood destroying organisms, lead paint, stucco defects etc.
